Pursuant to a court order, the City has directed FESPP to cease the operation of the dog pen and to remove the fencing which defined it. The court order was issued subsequent to a preliminary injunction hearing where petitioners asked the judge to close down the Dog Pen pending the outcome of the litigation. Lawyers for respondents (the City and FESPP) are discussing next steps. FESPP will post updates on the situation as it evolves.
